Open template 111 in psp – press shift + D to duplicate – close off the original.
Delete – Copyright, black stars,words.background. pixel words

Open Paper 4 resize 22 %

Hit invert and delete
Select none
Add a drop shadow

Hit invert and delete
Select none
Add Drop shadow
Dotted Circle
Selection- Select all- float – defloat
Paste paper 4
Hit invert and delete
Select none
Add drop shadow of 100
Open Paper 24 resize 22 %
Black Circle
Selection- Select all- float – defloat
Paste paper 24
Hit invert and delete
Select none
Add a Drop Shadow
Open Paper 4 resize 22 %
Blue Circle 1 & 2
Selection- Select all- float – defloat
Paste paper 4
Hit invert and delete
Select none

Glittered Circle
Selection- Select all- float – defloat
Paste paper 24
Hit invert and delete
Select none
Add a Drop Shadow
Select the Blue Circle after you paste the paper
And Select Float and Defloat and paste your tube
Hit invert and delete
Change the blend Mode to Hard light
Add Drop Shadow to Small Glittered
Open Glitterstarsilver and resize it 5 % paste in the on all the 4 corner stars
Merge together and add a drop shadow
Paste your tube on top of the wreath
Open ornament6 and resize it 3% paste under a small glittered star and duplicate hit mirror
Paste your tube
Layers – merge – merge visible
Add a drop shadow
New Raster fill with white
Paste paper-4
Use Mask
Layers – merge – merge visible
I used BistroScript size 22 in color - #6474cf
I add drop shadow to make it stand out a bit more
Add your copyright – layers – merge – merge visible
Crop and resize to your liking.
Save as png or JPEG and we’re done.
